Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of One Shoot AI software. By purchasing, downloading or running any One Shoot AI Expert Advisor, you agree to them.

License grant
On payment in full, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased One Shoot AI version on the number of live trading accounts stated on the product page, plus unlimited demo accounts.
The license is issued for your personal use. Additional live account slots may be purchased separately.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or redistribute the software or any part of it
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code
- Share your license files or account activation with third parties
- Remove, alter or obscure any copyright or licensing notice
- Use the software to operate a signal service, copy-trading service or managed accounts without written permission
Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, normally within minutes of payment verification, through the Telegram account used to place the order. Delivery includes your licensed .ex5 file, the recommended settings for your account size and the installation guide.
Pre-ordered products are delivered on the announced release date. If a release is delayed, you may request a full refund of the pre-order.
Updates and support
Updates within your purchased version line are provided free of charge for the life of that version. New major versions are separate products, though existing customers receive an upgrade credit.
Support covers installation, configuration guidance and troubleshooting of the software itself. It does not include trading advice, account management or guaranteed outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Shoot AI and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with the software is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Termination
We may terminate a license without refund if these terms are breached, including in cases of redistribution, reverse engineering or license sharing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION]. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR JURISDICTION].
