We collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we hold, why we hold it, and what your rights are.

What we collect
To sell and support the software we may process:
- Your Telegram username and the messages you send us
- Your MetaTrader account number, used to issue and validate the license
- Your broker name and platform version, used for support
- Payment reference details provided by the payment processor
What we do not collect
We never ask for and never store your MetaTrader password, broker login credentials, investor password or full card details. Card payments are handled by the payment processor; we only see the confirmation reference.
The Expert Advisor itself does not transmit your trading data, balance or positions to us.
Why we process it
Data is processed to deliver the product you bought, to issue and validate your license, to provide support, and to notify you about updates for the version you own. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Website analytics
This website may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and understand which content is useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Retention
License and purchase records are retained for as long as your license is active, plus any period required for tax and accounting purposes. Support conversations are retained in Telegram for as long as the chat exists.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us on Telegram to make a request.
