Three Markets, One Chart: How the Multi-Market Engine Works
Why One Shoot AI trades gold, bitcoin and the Nasdaq from a single chart, how auto-detection finds them on any broker, and when to switch a market off.
By One Shoot AI Team
Most Expert Advisors are single-symbol. You want three markets, you run three copies on three charts, each with its own settings, its own risk and no awareness of the others. One Shoot AI takes the opposite approach: one attach, one engine, three markets.
Why these three markets
Gold, bitcoin and the Nasdaq index are not a random basket. They are three of the most consistently active instruments a retail account can reach, and they do not all move for the same reasons at the same time.
- XAUUSD is the core market — nearly every broker prices it well, and its spread band is the tightest of the three.
- BTCUSD runs around the clock and is the least correlated of the three, but broker pricing on it varies enormously.
- NAS100 is session-driven, concentrating its movement around the US cash open.
Auto-detection, and why it matters
The EA scans Market Watch and matches each market by pattern rather than by an exact name you have to type. That is not a convenience feature — it is what makes the same file work on a broker calling gold XAUUSD+ and another calling it GOLD.spot.
Each market is judged on its own
This is the part that costs people money when they get it wrong. A broker's quality is not one number. The same broker can quote gold at 12 points — excellent — while quoting bitcoin at 1600 points, which is well beyond what the system can work with.
| Market | Recommended | Still workable | Turn it off |
|---|---|---|---|
| XAUUSD | 8 – 16 points | 17 – 25 points | 30 points + |
| NAS100 | 60 – 90 points | 91 – 120 points | 150 points + |
| BTCUSD | up to 1200 points | 1201 – 1500 points | 1600 points + |
Measure during London and New York, away from the rollover and away from the first minute of a major release. Take the number the spread sits at, not the lowest flicker you manage to catch.
Switching a market off
- 1Compare each market's normal spread against the table above.
- 2Inside the band: leave it enabled and change nothing.
- 3Slightly above: workable — keep it on and watch it, or move that market to a tighter broker.
- 4Well above: set that symbol to Enabled = false. The other two keep running untouched.
If two of the three fail
That is not a symbol problem, it is a broker problem. Message support before you fund the account — we will point you at a broker that prices all three correctly rather than watching you run one market on bad pricing.
